The second part of this job (see Gallery 7a for first part) was replacing the old wood retaining walls which were still standing but starting to deteriorate.
Before photos show the old wood retaining walls which the homeowner put up himself a number of years before.
During photo shows the work in progress as tons of stone are imported and leveled piece by piece.
After photos are good views of the new low maintenance reinforced segmental retaining walls, along with the visual and structural impact that will outlast the wood walls lifecycle several times over.
The last photo of the bottom row is a straight on shot of the new steps with consistent rises going down to the private boat dock (preceded by its before shot)
